Experience in your trade
What counts is what you can do and being able to show it: the years you've worked, the sites you've been on, letters from previous employers.
Identity documents
Valid official identification and, if you have them, your trade certifications or proof of competence.
Your language level
We work in Spanish, Portuguese and English. Every vacancy states the level it asks for, so you can see from the start whether it fits you.

Do I have to pay anything?
No. Nothing to register, nothing for “handling” anything, and nothing deducted from your wages. The service is paid for by the company that hires. If someone charges you to get you work abroad, it isn't Manomundi — walk away, and tell us.
Which trades are in demand?
The corridor that is live today is construction: masonry and heritage restoration, carpentry and roof structures, roofing, electrical work, telecoms, plumbing, HVAC, gas, welding and metalwork, drywall and insulation, tiling, flooring, painting, glazing, machinery operation, landscaping and general labour. More trades and destinations open as new projects come in.
Do I need to speak Portuguese?
For many vacancies, no. We work in Spanish, Portuguese and English, and much of the corridor that is live today is covered speaking Spanish. Every vacancy states the level it asks for, and if it's worth improving yours we tell you in good time, not at the last minute.
What documents do I need?
Your official identification and whatever proves your trade: certifications, training records, letters from previous jobs. Our team reviews every document one by one and tells you what is missing and how to get it. That support never costs you anything.
How long does it take?
It depends on your trade, on the destination country and on how complete your documents already are. We won't invent a date for you: on the platform you can see exactly where your process stands and what is outstanding, and our team confirms it with you at every step.
