Mano, hand. Mundi, world.

Skilled trade is a universal language. A welder, an electrician, a bricklayer carries a competence that needs no translation — what stops it crossing a border is never the skill, it is the paperwork. Manomundi exists to take that paperwork off both sides and run it properly.

What we believe

Regulated migration, with contract, through official channels

There is a legal, orderly way to hire someone from another country, and it is the only way we work. Every placement rests on a real employment contract between the worker and the employer, and on a legal and documentary process we handle end to end.

The worker never pays

Not for a profile, not for a match, not for the process, not for arriving. The employer pays for the service. Any operator that asks a worker for money in exchange for work abroad is a warning sign, and we say so out loud.

No black boxes

The employer, the worker and our team look at the same process. Our team reviews every document, consents are recorded in the worker's own language, and every step is tracked. Nobody has to take anyone's word for where things stand.

Who we are

Alen Valdez

Founder

Alen started Manomundi after watching qualified workers and short-staffed employers fail to reach each other across an administrative gap neither could cross alone. He works between Mexico City and Lisbon, and is usually the person who answers the first email.

Where we are

The managed platform for legal, end-to-end, fully documented hiring of qualified workers across borders.

Whichever side of the corridor you are on, start with a conversation.
