Qualified workers. Fully legal. Ready to work.

We resolve the whole legal and administrative framework before day one — and you follow every step of it on the same platform we do.

Cross-border hiring fails in the paperwork, not the people.

The administrative maze

Qualified people are not the bottleneck. What stalls a hire is everything between a signed offer and a worker on site: documents to collect, review and sequence, each one able to hold up the rest.

Intermediaries you cannot verify

Sourcing improvised by a broker hands you profiles you cannot check — credentials nobody reviewed, experience nobody confirmed, and no record of how the candidate reached you.

No visibility until it is too late

Most cross-border hiring runs on email threads and reassurances. You discover a file is missing when the start date has already moved.

Manomundi is not a CV board. It is end-to-end administrative mediation on a single platform: we source through formal channels, our team reviews every document by hand, and we run the legal and documentary process from the first match to the first day on site. No black boxes and no information asymmetry — you contract the worker directly, and the state of every file is visible to you at any moment.

How hiring works with Manomundi

  1. Define your roles

Post a single vacancy or an entire multi-role project — trade, experience level, certifications, languages, location and start date. Projects bundle every role on one site under one timeline.

  2. Receive curated matches

A transparent scoring model proposes candidates against your criteria and our team approves every introduction. You see why each worker was matched, and profiles stay anonymised until you approve.

  3. Interview and make offers

Schedule interviews and issue offers inside the platform, with our team on the same thread. Nothing moves to a private inbox you cannot see.

  4. We handle the legal process

Once you have chosen your worker, our team runs the legal and documentary process end to end — collecting, reviewing and tracking every file, coordinating with you and with the worker.

  5. Arrival and follow-up

Your worker arrives ready to start and stays supported. Structured check-ins after arrival surface problems while they are still small.

You see the same screen we do.

Every placement runs on one platform. Nothing important lives in an inbox you do not have access to.

You contract the worker directly

The employment contract is signed between your company and the worker. Manomundi is the mediator that makes the hire possible — not a temp agency, and never the employer.

Anonymous until you approve

Companies see anonymised profiles until an introduction is approved, so no worker is circulated before there is real interest on both sides.

Every action logged

Sensitive actions are recorded — who did what, and when — so the file still stands up to review long after the placement closed.

Consent in the worker's language

Every worker gives versioned consent in a language they actually speak, and each version is stored with the file.

A heritage restoration, staffed end to end

A Portuguese developer is restoring a nineteenth-century property in Sintra's historic core and converting it into a residential health unit. The work was structured as five projects — envelope and structure, technical installations, fire safety and accessibility, finishes and carpentry, exteriors — and published on the platform as a full set of skilled roles, each with its trade, required certifications, language levels and the conditions the employer offers.

Questions employers ask

Who employs the worker?

You do. The employment contract is signed between your company and the worker, under the law of the destination country. Manomundi is the mediator that makes the hire possible: we are not a temp agency and at no point do we become the employer.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on scope and volume — we'll walk you through it in the first conversation. One thing is fixed and never negotiable: the worker never pays. The cost of hiring sits with the employer, where it belongs.

How long does it take?

It depends on the role, the destination and how complete the worker's documentation already is. What we can commit to is that you will never have to guess: the state of every file is visible on the platform from the first day, and our team tells you what is outstanding and who it is waiting on.

Which sectors and countries do you cover?

We're live in construction between Mexico and Portugal today. If your sector or corridor is different, talk to us — the process is the product.

What languages do the workers speak?

Every profile records language levels and you filter on them when you post a role. The platform itself works in Spanish, Portuguese and English, and our team works with you and with the worker in all three.

What if a placement does not work out?

Tell us early. The full history of the placement lives on the platform, so we can see what happened, support the worker, and restart the search against the same role definition instead of starting over.

Tell us what you need to build.

Describe the roles, the site and the timeline. We'll come back with how the process would run for your company — and what it would take to open your corridor.
