The software behind the process.

One pipeline runs from verified profile to active on site. Workers, employers, partner organisations and our own team each see it from their own portal, in their own language — the same facts, at the same time.

Four portals. One pipeline.
Four portals. One pipeline.

Four portals. One pipeline.

Each role gets its own view of the same placement. Nothing is duplicated, nothing is retyped, and nobody has to send an email to find out where things stand.

Worker portal

Worker portal

Where a worker builds a documented profile and follows their own placement from first match to arrival.

  • A profile covering trades, experience, languages and certifications, with documents uploaded and their review status visible at all times
  • Job and project browsing, saved roles, and expressions of interest in the postings that actually fit
  • Offers to review, accept or counter, plus messages and notifications in Spanish, Portuguese or English
Company portal

Company portal

Where an employer defines what they need, reviews curated candidates, and runs interviews and offers.

  • Post individual roles — or a whole multi-role project as one structured bundle
  • Review anonymised candidate profiles with the score breakdown behind each match, then request an introduction
  • Propose interview dates, make and negotiate offers, and track every placement through the pipeline
Partner portal

Partner portal

Where a collaborating organisation registers and supports the workers it brings into the corridor.

  • Register workers, complete their profiles and upload their documents on their behalf
  • Invite a registered worker to claim their own account and carry on independently
  • Suggest workers for open roles and follow every placement your network is part of
Admin portal

Admin portal

Where our team reviews, approves and moves each placement forward — the human layer the whole process rests on.

  • Review worker applications and every uploaded document one by one, with approve, reject or request-changes outcomes
  • Run matching, review the scored candidates and approve which introductions reach an employer
  • Drive the placement pipeline — interviews, offers, arrival confirmation and post-arrival check-ins

What the platform actually does.

Transparent scoring, human approval

Matches are proposed by a scoring model you can read line by line: trade, experience, language, certifications, verification status. Our team approves every introduction before it goes out.

Anonymised until introduction

Employers evaluate limited profiles — trade, documented experience, verification status — with identity withheld until an introduction has been approved.

Document review and expiry tracking

Every document is uploaded, reviewed by our team, and tracked against its expiry date, with alerts raised before anything lapses.

The full placement pipeline

One tracked pipeline from first match through interviews, offers and counter-offers to arrival and post-arrival check-ins. Every stage change is recorded.

Multi-role project bundles

Staffing a whole site or programme? Open it as a project with all its roles attached and manage it as one thing, instead of as a stack of unrelated vacancies.

In-platform chat and notifications

Conversations stay attached to the placement they belong to. Notifications reach people by email and in the app, with preferences set per person.

Trilingual end to end

Spanish, Portuguese and English across every portal, every notification and every legal text — chosen by each person, not imposed by their organisation.

Audit logs and versioned consent

Every sensitive action is logged with who did it and when, and every consent is stored against the exact version of the text the person accepted, in their language.

Run it under your own brand.

The same platform can carry another organisation's identity — its logo, its colours, its own domain and its own network of workers and employers — with each organisation's data isolated from every other. It is a capability, not a product tier: we structure each arrangement together.

How we handle data

  • Each organisation's data is isolated from every other organisation on the platform.
  • Consent is stored per person and per language, against the exact version of the text they accepted.
  • Every sensitive action is recorded, with who performed it and when.
  • Documents are held for review and expiry tracking, and are never publicly accessible.

See it running.

We'll walk you through the platform with a real pipeline in front of you, and answer whatever a demo doesn't cover.
