Key policies that protect all parties
Worker anonymity until introduction
Companies see a candidate profile with trade, experience, and score — but no name or contact info until a formal introduction is approved.
No skipping the platform
All communication and offers happen in-platform. Side-channel communication before an introduction is prohibited and monitored.
Visa denial protection
If a worker's visa is denied, the company pays a €500 retention fee to the worker. No one loses because of bureaucracy.
Commission auto-triggers
Agency commissions are triggered automatically when offer is accepted and when the worker goes active. No manual follow-up needed.
