How Manomundi works

Three portals, one transparent process. Here's what happens — step by step — for every party.

For Workers — From Mexico to Portugal

  1. Create your profile

Add your trade, experience, certifications, and upload your passport. Takes 15 minutes.

  2. Admin review

Our team verifies your documents and approves your profile, typically within 48 hours.

  3. Company requests introduction

A verified Portuguese company sees your match score and requests to meet you.

  4. Review the offer

You receive the full job offer: salary, contract duration, benefits, and housing details.

  5. Visa process starts

20-business-day fast-track D1 visa for construction. Platform guides every document step.

  6. You're active in Portugal

Arrive, start work, and begin building your European career. Residency follows shortly after.

Key policies that protect all parties

  • Worker anonymity until introduction

Companies see a candidate profile with trade, experience, and score — but no name or contact info until a formal introduction is approved.

  • No skipping the platform

All communication and offers happen in-platform. Side-channel communication before an introduction is prohibited and monitored.

  • Visa denial protection

If a worker's visa is denied, the company pays a €500 retention fee to the worker. No one loses because of bureaucracy.

  • Commission auto-triggers

Agency commissions are triggered automatically when offer is accepted and when the worker goes active. No manual follow-up needed.
